About Us
Steve and Ann Wellens purchased a 40 acre parcel of land, just East of Rhinelander, in Stella, Wisconsin in 2010 and began to plant Fraser and Balsam Fir on the site. There are now more than 25,000 trees in the ground and tree varieties have been expanded to also include Canaan Fir. We are members of the Wisconsin Christmas Tree Producers Association and proudly support Trees for Troops. From 2014 through 2022 the Wellens Family operated a retail Christmas Tree Lot in Greendale, Wisconsin and enjoyed providing Christmas Trees and wreaths to customers in the area. In 2023 Steve and Ann opened up the farm for families to choose and cut their own Christmas Tree in the Northwoods. Ann continues to make custom wreaths, swags and porch pots which will be for sale at the farm. We also sell trees wholesale; however, at this time we're not accepting new wholesale customers. We hope to see you at the farm where you can create lasting memories.
